Getting your Medical Exam is a two part process:

Part 1 - Make an appointment to see one of our doctors using their direct links on the homepage.

Part 2 - Go to medxpress.faa.gov where you will need to login or create an online account for new users.

• Complete and Submit the application with the FAA. 

• Upon successful submission of your electronic Form 8500-8, you will be given a confirmation number.

Our office MUST have this confirmation number in order to process your application with the FAA. There are NO Exceptions.

If able, Print a copy of the completed and submitted electronic Form 8500-8 and bring it with you to your exam.
